As CEO, July’s focus is on improving the performance of the SUP Surfboard business for the benefit of customers, employees and the local community. She believes SUP surfboards deserve sustainable production and value-added packaging. July has established himself as a strong and successful leader, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2012 and playing a leadership role in the growth of Hebei Jiaquanlong Technology Co., Ltd. in China.
Prior to taking on this role, she was a committed leader and an easy-going mentor to all. Today, she is building supply chains to better serve our customers and leading the local economy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.
